Our Story
Background
Pure Design Ministries began as an idea while Jana was in college. During one of her classes, she was tasked with creating a women’s ministry that would serve the church in an important area. The topic of sexuality was already important to both Jana and Luke. During their three years as residential assistants, they encountered students wrestling with questions, pain, and fear around embodiment and relationships. The need for greater education among believers became obvious. They prayed and planned. By the end of the month, Pure Design Ministries was born!

After Jana graduated, she started working for a local pregnancy center as a Sexual Integrity Educator while Luke finished his M.Div. at University. They talked regularly about Jana’s interactions with middle and high school students and Luke’s study in counseling classes. Within a few months, Jana decided to bring her vision to life by launching it online. Since then, they’ve worked to address questions, cultivate biblical conversations, and provide important resources around the topics of bodies, sexuality, and relationships.
Who We Are
Jana Faucette
Jana has a Bachelors in Biblical Studies concentrating in Women's Ministry. This ministry was actually born through one of her classes in college. She enjoys lifting weights, spending time with family and friends, thrifting, drinking coffee, and researching and reading about everything pertaining to the topic of sexuality. Jana oversees all social media and website designs and writes the majority of the content for PD ministries.
